FitterFaster clients that keep regular food and training diaries will admit that this is a surefire and painfree way to get better results.
Although it's is no longer compulsory to keep diaries, I still advise that you keep them anyway. In the 'Forum' section above, you'll see the topic 'Daily Training and Food Diaries'
Please go to this area and start your diary today. Keeping a food and training diary is one very easy way to keep on track. It's so effective!! I will check and comment on your diary each day as you post replies.
From time to time, I will request that all clients keep a diary for a short period-say 3-5 days. You've all agreed to this when you've signed your waiver and questionnaire form. I do this to help you make the right food choices and to help with issues you may be having with your nutrition. I can only help you if I know what you're doing in the first place
